By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the lakywin platform — including but not limited to the lakywin website at lakywin.net, any associated mobile-optimized interface, or any service provided by lakywin — you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety.

These Terms and Conditions apply to all users of lakywin, including visitors who browse without a registered account and registered members who actively place wagers. If you do not agree to any provision of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the lakywin platform.

lakywin reserves the right to update, amend, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of the lakywin platform following the posting of any changes constitutes your acceptance of those changes. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

The lakywin platform is strictly available to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria:

• You are at least 21 years of age, consistent with Philippine gaming regulations governing online casino and sportsbook participation.
• You are physically located in the Philippines at the time of accessing the lakywin platform, or in a jurisdiction where online gambling is legally permitted.
• You are not an employee, contractor, director, officer, or immediate family member of any employee of lakywin or its affiliated entities.
• You are not accessing the platform on behalf of any third party, syndicate, or professional gambling operation without prior written authorization from lakywin.
• You have not previously been self-excluded from the lakywin platform or had your account permanently closed by lakywin for Terms violations.

lakywin employs a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process to confirm the identity and age of all registered players prior to their first withdrawal. Acceptable Philippine government-issued identification documents include: the PhilSys National ID, UMID card, driver's license issued by the LTO, and a valid Philippine passport. Submission of false, altered, or misrepresenting identity documents is a criminal offense under Philippine law and will result in immediate permanent account closure and forfeiture of all funds.

Each individual is permitted to hold only one (1) registered account on lakywin. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether under the same or different personal details, devices, IP addresses, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances therein.

3.1 Account Information Accuracy

You are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information at the time of registration, including your legal full name, date of birth, valid email address, Philippine mobile number, and permanent address. lakywin will rely on the information you provide to conduct identity verification, process withdrawals, and communicate account notices. Providing false or misleading registration information is a breach of these Terms.

3.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your lakywin login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your account access with any other person under any circumstances. lakywin will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain account security. You must notify lakywin support immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

3.3 Account Ownership

lakywin accounts are non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer, or assign your lakywin account or any credits, bonuses, or entitlements associated with it to any third party. Any attempted transfer will render the account subject to immediate closure.

All financial transactions on lakywin are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP). lakywin does not impose currency conversion fees on deposits or withdrawals processed through supported Philippine payment channels.

4.1 Supported Payment Methods

lakywin currently supports the following deposit and withdrawal channels: GCash, PayMaya, BDO online banking, BPI online banking, and Metrobank online banking. lakywin may add, modify, or remove supported payment methods at its discretion. Not all payment methods may be available for both deposits and withdrawals at all times.

4.2 Deposit Processing

Deposits made via GCash and PayMaya are credited to your lakywin wallet in real time under normal operating conditions. Bank transfer deposits are subject to the processing times of the respective financial institution and may take up to one (1) banking day to reflect. lakywin is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors or banking institutions.

4.3 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests are processed by lakywin within one (1) to three (3) business days, subject to completion of KYC verification and any applicable bonus wagering requirements. lakywin reserves the right to request additional identity documentation before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawal requests that cannot be verified within thirty (30) days of submission may be cancelled and the funds returned to your lakywin wallet balance.

4.4 Transaction Limits

Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal amounts apply and are published on the lakywin cashier page. These limits may vary by payment method and account verification status. lakywin reserves the right to modify transaction limits without prior notice.

lakywin offers various bonuses and promotional offers to registered players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published alongside each individual promotion, in addition to the general bonus terms set out in this section.

5.1 Wagering Requirements

Unless otherwise specified in the individual promotion terms, all bonus funds credited to a lakywin account are subject to a wagering requirement before they may be withdrawn. The wagering requirement multiplier applicable to each bonus will be clearly stated in the promotion terms. Real-money funds in your lakywin wallet are not subject to wagering requirements and may be withdrawn at any time, subject to verification.

5.2 Bonus Eligibility

Bonuses are available to eligible registered players who have met applicable KYC requirements unless otherwise stated. Players who have previously self-excluded or requested account closure are not eligible for promotional offers. lakywin reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer from any player at any time if there is reasonable grounds to suspect abuse of the promotional system.

5.3 Bonus Abuse

Systematic exploitation of lakywin promotions — including but not limited to using multiple accounts to claim a bonus multiple times, coordinated wagering patterns designed to circumvent wagering requirements, or any form of arbitrage betting using bonus funds — constitutes bonus abuse and will result in the forfeiture of all bonus funds and any winnings derived from them, as well as potential permanent account closure.

All wagers placed on lakywin — whether on casino games, live dealer tables, the sportsbook, bingo, or any other product offered on the platform — are subject to the specific rules governing each game or market type, as well as the general wagering rules in this section.

• All bets are final once confirmed. lakywin will not reverse a confirmed wager except in circumstances where a technical error has demonstrably affected the integrity of the bet.
• In the event of a discrepancy between game or odds information displayed on the lakywin platform and lakywin's central server records, the server records shall prevail.
• lakywin reserves the right to void any bet placed on a market that was opened or priced in error.
• Winnings from sportsbook bets are credited to your lakywin wallet upon official settlement of the relevant market. In-play bets may be settled immediately following the conclusion of the event.
• lakywin does not accept liability for losses incurred as a result of internet connectivity issues on the player's side during an active wagering session.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the lakywin platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of all balances, and referral to relevant Philippine law enforcement authorities where applicable:

• Registering more than one account on lakywin, whether using the same or different personal information.
• Using software, scripts, bots, or automated tools to interact with the lakywin platform in any way, including placing bets, navigating the interface, or accessing account information.
• Colluding with other players in any game type, including live dealer games and poker variants.
• Using the lakywin platform for any money laundering activity or to process funds derived from illegal sources.
• Attempting to exploit software vulnerabilities, glitches, or errors in lakywin games or systems to gain an unfair advantage.
• Reverse-engineering, decompiling, or otherwise attempting to derive the source code of any lakywin software.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing lakywin staff, support agents, or other players through any communication channel.
• Providing false information to lakywin at any stage of the registration, verification, or withdrawal process.

lakywin is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices among all registered players. The platform provides a suite of responsible gaming tools accessible directly from within your lakywin account settings, including deposit limits, session time reminders, and self-exclusion options.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the lakywin platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This license does not include the right to reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any lakywin content without prior written authorization.

Any unauthorized use of lakywin intellectual property may result in account termination and may expose the infringing party to civil and criminal liability under the Intellectual Property Code of the Philippines (Republic Act No. 8293).

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, lakywin, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruption, or computer damage — arising out of or in connection with your use of the lakywin platform.

lakywin does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. lakywin makes no representations about the suitability, reliability, availability, timeliness, or accuracy of the platform or its content for any purpose.

In jurisdictions that do not allow the exclusion or limitation of liability for incidental or consequential damages, lakywin's liability shall be limited to the maximum extent permitted by law. In no event shall lakywin's total aggregate liability to any player exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

lakywin reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or any criminal conduct connected to the account.
• Receipt of a chargeback or payment dispute from a financial institution in connection with the account.
• Conduct that lakywin reasonably determines to be harmful to the integrity of the platform or its other users.
• A request from a Philippine regulatory authority or law enforcement body.

Upon account closure for Terms violations, lakywin reserves the right to withhold any pending withdrawal amounts pending investigation. Where an account is closed at the player's own request and no Terms violations are identified, any verified real-money balance will be returned to the player's registered payment method within ten (10) business days.

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

In the event of a dispute between you and lakywin arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of the platform, both parties agree to first attempt resolution through lakywin's internal dispute resolution process by contacting [email protected] with a detailed written description of the dispute. lakywin will respond to all formally submitted disputes within fourteen (14) business days.

If the dispute cannot be resolved through internal processes, it shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts located in Metro Manila, Philippines. Nothing in this clause shall prevent lakywin from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief in any jurisdiction.

lakywin may revise these Terms and Conditions at any time by updating this page. The date of the most recent revision will be reflected in the "Last Updated" field at the top of this document. For material changes — those that significantly affect player rights or obligations — lakywin will endeavor to provide notice via email to your registered email address or through a prominent notice on the lakywin platform at least seven (7) days prior to the changes taking effect.

Your continued use of the lakywin platform after the effective date of any revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the lakywin platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 11 of these Terms.
